PRICING
We prefer to work on a fixed price basis with ownership of outcomes. In practice most projects in their early stages are insufficiently defined and requirements can only be developed on a time and materials basis. Once requirements are broadly defined fixed prices can be offered on a milestone basis. We view software development as an iterative process and fully expect customer's requirements to change during the development cycle. Minor changes will be accommodated within the quoted price. New modules will generally be viewed as major changes.
